The £330 million Maxim office park development, located on the main motorway road link between Glasgow and Edinburgh (the M8 motorway), will be complete and ready for occupation by March 2010.
The 756,000 sq ft office park will offer: • 10 flexible high quality office buildings – ranging from 58,600 sq.ft. to 186,500 sq.ft. • Floorplates available from 3,000 sq.ft. to 47,500 sq.ft. • 756,000 sq.ft. of office accommodation (on a site equivalent in size to 27 football pitches) and enough space to accommodate potentially over 7,000 employees. • 'World class' landscaped gardens and parkland. • Entertainment and leisure facilities. • A wide range of on-site amenities including 20,000 sq.ft. of retail space. • Access to a potential workforce of more than 1,000,000 within 30 minutes of travel time.
Karen Campbell, Chief Executive of Maxim, said:
"Maxim will set new standards in terms of working environments and will be set apart from every other UK business park by its sheer scale, high quality design, buildings and on-site facilities, all situated within a world class landscaped environment.
"Maxim is being developed as one project - the office buildings and associated landscaping are being created simultaneously and will be in place by March 2010. Therefore, occupiers will not be faced with construction disruptions and other associated problems. "From day one Maxim will offer an excellent array of on-site amenities for occupiers on the Park."
Leading commercial property agents CBRE and Ryden are marketing the development, Ryden Regional Managing Partner, Ewan Cameron believing Maxim offers virtually unparalled choice.
“The range of building size and flexibility of design caters for the widest range of occupation whether as entire buildings or in floor by floor or part floor sub-division,” he said. “The provision at day one of excellent Park amenities for staff is another major plus for organisations seeking top quality yet very affordable office space.”
CBRE Vice Chairman – Scotland, Philip Reid stated:
“At Maxim, the intention is to create a ‘best in class’ modern working environment where occupiers enjoy all of the benefits of an out of town location, but are also part of a vibrant commercial community. “The development will suit large and small organisations and they will also benefit from extremely attractive commercial leasing packages.”
Buildings are offered as a whole, on a floor by floor or part floorplate sub-division. To see all images of Maxim's buildings, please visit our Downloads section by clicking this link >
