Maxim Appoints A Third Agent

JONES Lang LaSalle has been added to the marketing team at Maxim - the £330m office park in North Lanarkshire - to complement CBRE and Ryden. In one of the UK’s largest speculative schemes, Maxim aims to deliver 756,000 sq ft of accommodation in 10 office buildings by March 2010 – including, at 186,545 sq ft, one of Scotland’s largest office buildings.

Buildings 1 and 3 are set for completion ahead of schedule in the early autumn. Chris Hiatt from Jones Lang LaSalle claimed:

“As it will all be in place and ready to go by March 2010, I have been able to hit the ground running in discussions with potential tenants.”
