Largest Baguette Express in UK opens doors at Maxim Office Park
02/12/2009
Maxim Office Park has welcomed the opening of the UK’s largest branch of fast growing sandwich chain Baguette Express.
The latest addition to the UK’s largest speculative office development, the Maxim Baguette Express is run by franchise holder Atif Pervaiz after agreeing a 10 year lease at the landmark development.
The deal sees Baguette Express open in Maxim Building Three and provides yet more first-class amenities for current and future office workers across the state of the art site.
Commenting on the move, Maxim chief executive Karen Campbell said: “In less than two years Maxim has risen from the ground on a scale unprecedented in Scotland, and indeed the UK.
“We’re justifiably proud of what we’ve created; offering businesses the opportunity for an unparalleled working lifestyle. That Baguette Express is opening its largest store in the UK is fitting for Maxim and we’re delighted to welcome them to the office park.”
North Lanarkshire depute provost Jim Robertson - who attended the Baguette Express opening - added: “This is more excellent news for both the Maxim Office Park and the wider North Lanarkshire economy, with more companies recognising the benefits of locating here. The quality of the office accommodation and range of retail outlets within the development can only help make it a highly attractive business location.”
